What is it all about?
Sustainable and healthy food products struggle to secure a lasting place in European EU markets, slowing progress toward key sustainability and health goals. Consumer trust is low, and many food producers lack the insights needed to align with consumer preferences. Meanwhile, SMEs and B2B ingredient suppliers – responsible for most food innovations – face barriers in technology, market entry, and scaling sustainable solutions.
Our mission is to empower food businesses and to create sustainable, healthy, and consumer-loved products. Making future-fit food the new standard in European markets. By bridging knowledge gaps and providing the right resources, we help businesses successfully redesign food products and drive a more sustainable, resilient and trusted food system.
About us
At Redesign Food for Value, we rethink food products using innovative design principles to create greater value for consumers, distributors, and the entire food chain.
